In Charleston, you’ll find many photographers who offer quick sessions and digital downloads. But my work is different. I create intentional, fine art portraits of children and newborns with a touch of editorial flair — portraits that are timeless, emotional, and crafted to last for generations.

Each session includes personalized styling, guided posing, and carefully refined artistry to create portraits you’ll treasure as more than memories — as art pieces that define your family’s story.

Portrait Session Creative Fee starting at $350
Santa Mini Sessions are all inclusive starting at $225 per family.

Every session includes a creative consultation, expert direction during your shoot, and professional editing for a polished, timeless finish. Your creative fee reserves your session date and covers my time and talent. After your session, you’ll choose from curated collections of digital images, wall art, and albums. Most clients invest between $650 and $1200 for their complete portrait experience.

Planning consult: wardrobe & Cosmetic guidance, location selection (studio, Isle of Palms beach, Picturesque outdoor locations, historic plantations, Downtown Charleston, or your home/office)
Full direction: I guide posing and prompt natural expressions—never guessing in front of the camera
Blend of styles: posed portraits, candid moments, and artistic compositions
Editing with integrity: true‑to‑life color (no fads), optional fine art/fantasy digital artwork on select images.
Personal image reveal & ordering: choose only what you love; I help design for your space

The Experience (Step by Step)

Inquiry & Consult: Share your vision; we plan wardrobe, we select locations, and we create a vision board.
Session Day: I direct posing and guide candid moments so you feel confident and look your best.
Reveal & Ordering: See your images, select favorites, and choose digitals + artwork.
Delivery: True‑to‑life edited images; wall art and albums arrive ready to enjoy.

Policies (Simple & Fair)

Retainer: 50% to hold your date; balance due on session day
Cancellation/Reschedule: Retainers are non‑refundable but transferable to a new date within 6 months
Payment: Cash, Card, PayPal/Venmo, Zelle.
Archiving: Ordered images are archived; unpurchased proofs are purged after 90 days
Usage: Personal use license for digitals; commercial licensing available on request.

FAQs

How many images will I see?
It varies by session length and flow. Most galleries include 40–100+ proofs.
Do you retouch?
Yes—natural, flattering retouching that looks like you. Advanced Photoshop work is available upon request for an additional fee. Fantasy/Fairy Tale Digital Art pieces receive advanced edits.
Turnaround time?
Proofing gallery in 7–14 days; finished artwork depends on selections (albums/frames typically 2–4 weeks).
What should we wear?
After booking, you’ll receive a styling guide + consult. I recommend textures, not prints, avoid logos or shirts with words, and always go with coordinated tones over matchy‑matchy. You will receive a vision board to use as a reference after our initial consultation.
Weather & rescheduling?
If Charleston weather misbehaves, we pivot to studio or reschedule—no stress.
Locations & permits?
Some historic sites require permits/fees. I’ll advise and handle logistics as needed.
